Coron has recently reopened to tourists. but like many destinations, strict health and safety protocols for the new normal are enforced. They also have a few requirements for tourists who want to visit. among those files is a confirmed booking at an accommodation certified by the department of tourism (DOT).

This is in line with the DOT’s administrative purchase that requires accommodation establishments to protected a Certificate of Authority to operate (CAO). This guarantees that they follow protocols for the health and safety of both guests and personnel.
